Returns

All return items must be unused and in their original condition, any item returned due to wrong sizing will incur a £1.50 shipping and handling fee, however we may exchange for free. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt.

We will not accept returns of merchandise damaged by your dog.  Rhinestone dog collars are considered "fashion collars" and are more delicate than traditional dog collars and thus should be treated with care. We cannot be responsible if your pet damages a collar or loosens a stone whilst playing in our rhinestone collars. If your item is defective upon receipt please contact us as soon as possible and return it within 5 days to receive an exchange or refund, all items are checked fully before shipping.
